The Foundation package is designed for clients who want a development manager to coordinate, manage, and oversee the entire Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process from start to finish. It removes the stress, confusion, and delays that often occur when dealing with councils, certifiers, and consultants.

  • Unlimited support via email and phone until application determination*

  • Coordination and briefing of the required consultants.

  • Attending video meetings with consultants along with the client **

  • Review of consultant reports for alignment and completeness

  • Management of the consultant’s correspondence

The Elite package is for clients who want a seamless, professionally managed development journey from concept to completion. This service provides disciplined oversight, structured coordination, and a single point of contact across every stage of the project.

  • Progress claim support including quantity surveyor coordination and paperwork preparation

  • Budget management, cashflow guidance, and risk management

  • Regular updates and structured communication throughout the project

  • Handover support at project completion including Occupation certificate coordination.
